The Curves workout is completely unique in that it offers a quick, easy and fun workout with no weights. All machines are hydraulic so you create your own resistance.
There are a total of 13 machines that target all muscle groups for a complete workout. Aerobic platforms are set in between each machine so that you are not only getting strength training, but aerobics as well.
The workout consists of 2 revolutions around the circuit with a total of 30 seconds at each station. About 1/2 hour completes the whole workout so it's quick. No guesswork involved either...the tapes tell you when to move to the next workout station. The club even has pre-recorded sessions for you to monitor your heartrate and ensure that you are working at peak performance but not too hard.
Stretching ends the workout with easy to follow instructions to be sure and stretch all muscle groups. A simple, fun and beneficial workout is the result!
